I ordered the leaflet design service. How does this work?
If you request our design team to create a compelling leaflet design, we will contact you as per your chosen appointment.
My designer hasn't completed our artwork; what should I do?
If your designer struggles to complete your artwork quickly, our design team is here to help. Just contact us. We won't book the distribution with Royal Mail until we have received print-ready artwork complete.
I requested a bespoke print option; how does this work?
If you requested a bespoke print option, our team will be in touch with the price. Once the artwork and print price are confirmed, we will process it for print.
I've ordered a multi-stage campaign; how does this work?
For multi-stage campaigns, we repeat elements from your first stage for every subsequent stage - making it truly simpler, faster and cheaper for you! If we are creating artwork, it's all built into the price. Our design team will schedule when to go over a new design brief closer to the time.
If you're providing artwork, we recommend you send something fresh each time - there's no extra print cost to do this (for the same print specs). We will be in touch to let you know when to send the next artwork by.
How long does a distribution take?
We book distributions five weeks in advance to factor in design and print time. If you need it sooner, please contact us.
Your distribution will be completed throughout the week you booked. This may be everything on Monday, or everything on Friday, or a little each day - that is down to the Royal Mail's scheduling that week.
We will then be in touch the following Monday to confirm completion. However, from time to time, your distribution may spread into the following week. This is typically due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a snow blizzard!
Will I see a printed copy of my flyer before distribution?
Yes. Once we have printed your flyers, we will post a couple of samples.
When do I pay for the leaflet distribution?
Once you are happy with your order, you pay to complete the order. This is the last page of the ordering platform. If you order a multi-stage campaign, you will pay for the subsequent stages four weeks before they are booked for delivery.
How do I pay?
There are two options. For most businesses, it will be via direct debit through GoCardless. This is the perfect option for multi-stage campaigns. If you chose a one-off distribution, you could also choose to pay by card through Stripe.
Are there any savings/discounts available?
Yes! We provide two forms of savings, one on volume and one on multi-stage campaigns. Our biggest volume discounts are at 25,000+ and 100,000+. With multi-stage savings for three stages, we provide a 5% saving and a 7.5% saving for six stages. To learn more, visit our drip effect marketing page.
Do you offer credit terms or payment plans?
No. You pay when you order, but only for one stage at a time. For multi-stage campaigns, you will pay for the subsequent stages four weeks before they are booked for delivery.
How much do you charge per 1,000?
Our pricing structure combines the design (optional), print, fulfilment (boxing, labelling, palletising and couriering to the Royal Mail) and the actual distribution. Our online ordering platform shows the price on the right-hand side once you have chosen your postcode sectors. The per 1,000 rate factors in all the above, along with the quantity. Our rates reduce at 25,000+ and 100,000+ quantities.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
If you cancel within 24 hours, you can receive a full refund, less any payment charges we incur. However, if we have produced some work, such as the print, you would need to pay for that. In addition, once the booking is placed with the Royal Mail, they have set penalties for cancellations, which you would be liable for. In these rare circumstances, one of our Sales Consultants can discuss options with you.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, our service is subject to VAT at 20%.
Do you provide an invoice for my order?
Yes, you can view and download all your invoices via your dashboard.
How do I know you will actually print and distribute all my flyers?
As an ISO-registered company, we follow strict processes to ensure every element of your order has a complete paper trail. It's a lot of work, but it gives you a great guarantee!

If Royal Mail does the distribution, why shouldn't I go to them directly?
Royal Mail only provide and quote for the distribution element. There's a lot that must happen before then. You need to find your ideal customers, design a compelling flyer, print it on the most appropriate paper, and box, label and palletise the leaflets according to the strict Royal Mail specifications, and then courier them (using specialist couriers only) to the relevant WBC(s).
Going direct may work out cheaper if you have lots of spare time and know the specialist couriers. Otherwise, our price covers all of this. Clients find our service much simpler, faster and cheaper than the DIY alternative. For more information, read Royal Mail Door to Door.
